ACCPAC Module Overview

General Ledger  The ACCPAC General Ledger is the foundation of your accounting system.  Its built-in flexibility will meet both the current and future needs of organizations of all sizes.  It provides a robust feature set designed to meet even the most demanding budgeting and processing needs.  You can customize the general ledger to satisfy your needs by using the many tools of the system including a built in report writer.  General Ledger fully integrates with all ACCPAC modules an is the key to maximizing the efficiency and accuracy of your data.

Accounts Receivable  With ACCPAC's accounts receivable, you can manage your customers and fine-tune customer relations by keeping track of important sales information and outstanding balances.  Utilize Accounts Receivables' powerful national accounts feature to group customers whose invoices are paid from a single location. Accounts Receivable allows you to easily apply cash to outstanding invoices and create recurring charges for quick invoicing of monthly charges.  Accounts Receivable is fully integrated with Bank Services for complete bank reconciliation. 

Accounts Payable  ACCPAC's Accounts Payable provides robust accounting features to streamline your entire cash flow process and help you save money.  Accounts Payable's powerful library of accounting and reporting features facilitates rapid entry of vendor invoices, flexible cash disbursements and full check reconciliation.  With this comprehensive financial management tool, you can prioritize payments, negotiate terms, reduce bad debts and keep 1099 and Contract Payment Reporting System information for vendors.

Inventory Control  Inventory Control is a complete, multi-location inventory management system that keeps track of stock levels and processes inventory receipts, shipments, returns and adjustments.  It includes extensive screen inquiry and reporting functions to give you the detailed, current information crucial for effective inventory management, regardless of the size of your business, quantities, prices, item movements and sales history..

U.S. Payroll  The ACCPAC U.S. Payroll flexibility is your key to absolute control over employee earnings and benefits, special payroll situations and government reporting - so that the results meet your company's payroll requirements and personnel policies to the penny.  Enter or import time cards, enter after-the-fact paychecks, run automatic calculations, or combine all three methods to get your payroll data into the system and paychecks out.  Payroll handles all pay frequencies; multiple work states; unlimited earnings, deductions, benefits and taxes; and other pay factors such as expense reimbursements, accruals and advances.
