The key to our many successful implementations is the initial evaluation and design process. This design process includes evaluating your current system, identifying problem areas and goals for the new system, choosing the most appropriate tools to achieve those goals, and finally, carefully planning for a smooth implementation process.
For more complex implementation projects, we may recommend a complete needs analysis report. These project scope documents summarize the functional areas which present problems in your business, how a new system can potentially improve operations and detail any customization and programming projects to be completed.
