Acumatica Summit 2026 - Day 1 Keynote Highlights
Acumatica brought their annual Summit event to the west coast this year - Seattle, Washington. Summit is where we learn about upcoming product features, company updates, and celebrate the accomplishments of the previous year.
The annual summit event is an exciting yearly event hosted by Acumatica that brings customers, partners, prospects, and the Acumatica team together in one place. Summit has attendees in the audience for the Day 1 and Day 2 Keynotes, mingling with other users throughout the week, learning valuable knowledge in the breakout sessions, and enjoying the downtime between their jam packed event schedule.
The day 1 keynote began with CEO, John Case diving into how Acumatica + the power of AI is here now with the promise of endless possibilities. While the past year of Acumatica ERP has provided some key features that have boosted success, Case promises that Acumatica is not slowing down anytime soon.
Acumatica continued to grow in users and usage during the 2025 fiscal year. Not only is the scale of product use impressive, but also the real customer improvement figures since implementing Acumatica ERP.
Debbie Baldwin, Director of Product Management in Manufacturing, Distribution and Retail, is up next to explain how Acumatica creates a Digital Replica of your business. This idea of the Digital Replica means that everything you need to run your business in the best way possible, is in one connected solution.
Chief Engineering Officer, Miten Mehta, teased the highly anticipated AI Studio that further cements the Acumatica product working not only with you, but for you. Mehta showcased two new features of AI Studio that are sure to improve user experience.
The new AI Summary provides a summary of all activities within an opportunity. The summary also includes sentiment feedback as well as actionable next steps to take. Summary settings can even be adjusted without using code!
The new AI Assistant is built directly into the Acumatica product and can instantly answer your questions about inventory levels, sales reports, spending, and any other metrics found within the system.
One of Acumatica’s framework pillars is embedding AI directly into everyday workflows instead of just adding it on as an after thought. This ensures Acumatica helps your business improve visibility, automate routine processes, and make faster, more informed decisions, without disrupting how your team operates.
John Case wraps up the presentation highlighting Acumatica’s focus for 2026. The three main goals for their team are AI everywhere, enhanced reporting and insights, and expanded industry depth with immediate value.
Acumatica relies on certified partners to sell and support their product directly to consumers (this is the role Hudson River Computing plays). Acumatica currently works with over 500 partners, confirming the Cloud ERP space is continuing to grow and help mid-market businesses grow along with it. In an effort towards further expansion, Case announced the acquisition of CoreChain and a new partnership and integration with AvidXchange. These steps continue to position Acumatica not only as a leader, but a highly usable, all-in-one solution.
