Acumatica Summit 2026 - Day 2 Keynote Highlights
Acumatica will utilize the power of AI to develop tools that work not only with you, but for you. A system that can answer all your questions and get from point A to point B as efficiently as possible. 2026 looks to be a big year for Acumatica ERP.
Acumatica’s annual Summit Keynotes gave us a look into what to expect in the coming year. Day 1 showed us the company accomplishments and goals while giving a sneak peak of their focus for 2026. (Take a look at our Day 1 Keynote recap blog post here.) Let’s dive into what exactly we can be on the lookout for in the upcoming product releases.
Chief Product Officer, Ali Jani, opens the keynote by recounting that the past year has been all about acceleration for Acumatica. Their focus on leveraging new technology within the product and transforming from a system of record to a system of intelligence was a vision achieved for 2025.
Their ambitions for 2026 will be guided by the five Pillars of Product Strategy that work together to give you an ERP with the most value. The five pillars are:
Future Proof
Adaptability
Industry Specific
User Experience
AI First
All new capabilities presented during Summit align with these pillars.
Before handing the presentation off to the next speaker, Jani announced his retirement and introduced the new CPO, Jon Pollock. Jani was a founder of Acumatica and will continue to be involved in the company and attend future Summit events.
The new modern portal improves user experience and interactions with customers.
Users can receive product related notifications directly within Acumatica. When the system is ready for maintenance or an update, the alert will display within the product. Also within Acumatica, in-product messaging will help team communication and reduce emails sent. Messages can be refined with the help of AI. Also coming in 2026, users can enable an AI self-service chatbot to help answer some of your customers most frequently asked questions.
All of the new features in the improved modern portal improve efficiency, reduce clicks, and make it easier than ever to complete all your tasks without having to leave the system.
Vice President of Product Management, Jeremy Larsen, gave us a sneak peak into some new and exciting features for the Acumatica core product:
